Have decided to be very honest with my blog, putting both negative and positive experiences on here. I truly believe this will help me to reflect thoroughly in my personal development.  Earlier today was meant to be an important moment on my learning journey. I believed I had registered for my first introductory skype session with the distant learning course. As mentioned in previous post, my IT skills are in their ‘developing’ stages. In short, I missed the session. This was and still is a major upset for me. I needed this event to help me feel settled and give me the confidence to start well on the course. I panicked, and immediately felt lost on the course. I wondered what I had missed, and what my next steps should be. Then I realised why we have to blog our journey. I looked up other students on the course, and read their blogs. After reading many blogs I was able to gain an insight in to the session, they gave me a lot of good advice and guidance for the program...
This is my first official Blog. With my lack of IT skills, I am nervous and frustrated but hey, that’s never stopped me before.  I would like to take this opportunity to explain further, why I have joined Middlesex University. I believe Middlesex University and BA (HONS) Professional practice in Arts & Creative Industries course will be the perfect platform to help me achieve my dream of becoming a fully qualified teacher.
